Pacific Northwest Outfitters Shopping Policies and Promises to our Customers:

      e at Pacific Northwest Outfitters strive to make your shopping experience with us as pleasant and glitch free as possible. After all, we want you to keep coming back! However, in those rare cases where we need to satisfy an order that was not received as expected, the following policies are in place:

     eturn Policy -

As a result of our general policy to make you happy we will do whatever is reasonably possible to help you to get what you believe you ordered. If you are not satisfied with what you receive from us, prior to sending the item back to us and no later than 7 days after receipt of your order, please notify us at Customer Service, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST at 425-822-2570 to discuss your situation so we can issue a return authorization (RMA number) and have the opportunity to understand how we can do our best to replace your garment or gear for a like item that more closely matches what you were expecting. As an example, if you receive a jacket and it is the wrong color or size, call us and we will tell you how to send the wrong item back to us and how we will get the new one to you.  NOTE: We may charge an exchange fee to cover our cost of handling and shipping the exchange.

          arranty -

Pacific Northwest Outfitters
will honor your garment or gear warranties by replacing the item for a like item if at all possible. Call us if your item is damaged and we can discuss how to replace it.

         efunds -

While we would like to do whatever is reasonably possible to satisfy your order, we also understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund. If our Customer Service team determines that we cannot reasonably satisfy your request we will consider refunding what you paid for your item. The conditions in which this can happen are as follows:

     1. Customer Service determines that the item cannot be replaced by another item that matches the original order. i.e., we accidentally send you an XL size when your order requested a Small and the XL size is no longer available and you are not interested in anything else in its place.
     2. The returned item is not damaged and is still in a like-new condition. Obviously, if the item was damaged in shipment, we will accommodate this when you call us.
     3. Once we receive the item back and Customer Service determines it is still in a saleable condition, we will authorize our Merchant Services company, Bank of America, to refund your purchase back to the original card or payment type you used to purchase the merchandise. Since we do not accept cash or checks, there are no cash back refunds.
     4. The time for you to receive this refund may be up to 30 days from the authorization by Pacific Northwest Outfitters .

       hipping Policy -

At Pacific Northwest Outfitters ™, it is our intention to provide you with the most cost effective and safe shipping methods available for your area. A few policies are in place to make you aware of your options, pricing and notification:

1. Shipping costs are calculated after the order is entered into the Shopping Cart so the item's weight(s), size of shipping container and shipping method method can be taken into consideration
     2. Shipping cost generally is a reflection of the entire cost for Pacific Northwest Outfitters ™ to handle the item(s) and get them to your door. However, the shipping cost may be waived or stated as 'Free Shipping' in some circumstances or promotions.
     3. Some shipping methods are better than others depending on the area where the item will be shipped. The options which we will stand behind will be available when the shipping cost of the order is calculated and allow you to choose the method you desire. If you specifically desire a shipping method that is not available when you are ordering the products, just call our Customer Service team and we can discuss how to accommodate your request.
     4. Upon order of an item, you will receive a few confirmation emails:
         a. Order Confirmation - Your order has been confirmed and a shipping date has been determined
         b. Shipping Confirmation - Your order has shipped with tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment
5. Pacific Northwest Outfitters guarantees to ship your order, if in our stock, within 2 business days unless otherwise stated.  If any of the items you ordered are not in our stock room at the time of the order and are backordered, you will receive an email or call stating as such with options to keep the order intact with the proposed shipping availability or cancel the item(s) on backorder.

     o, if you run into a problem or have a question give our Customer Service team a call and they will go over this with you to help us understand and satisfy your request.  If you choose instead to email us with your request or problem, we will get back to you within 1 business day.
