1. Our list of suppliers is growing. As of 05-2010, we have stock from 18 seperate suppliers with almost 400 different products and ~5000 SKUs. We now carry many items from 3 major apparel vendors; Columbia Sportswear, Mountain Hardware (F10) and EXOFFICIO

2. We are still working on specifics for a membership program that will give you additional discounts depending on your buying habits - you buy more, you save more!!!. The new PNW Club will be announced as soon as the specifics are completed. Trust me, you are going to love it! updated 07-27-2010

3. 05-2010 We are proud to announce the hiring of Justin as our Operations Manager in Kirkland. This guy is awesome!! Justin manages our inventory, the warehouses, our shipping, our catalog and customer service. You will really like talking with him. He is a young outdoorsey guy and does things I would not even consider doing - like jumping out of perfectly good airplanes!

New Adventures :

- Our most recent hiking adventures took place in Arizona.
We hiked all over. From the recently suburbanized Granite Park, to the Grand Canyon and lastly Sedona.
The red rock is truly memorizing. One of our most favourite moments was catching the sunset at Cathedral Canyon (in Sedona, AZ). The colours of the rocks changed every minute as the sun set. It was a spectacular experience.

First of all, this email that I received when my order was shipped was great - it really caught my attention and was a very nice touch. I received my boots yesterday, and they are wonderful! Just what I wanted, and they arrived just when they were supposed to. The hand written "Thanks, Rita" on the bottom of the invoice was really nice as well.

I had searched all over the internet to find those boots ... in that color ... in my size ... and NOBODY had them. Then I tripped over your site, and there they were! I just wanted to let you know you are doing a great job, with quality products being offered, as well as awesome customer service and appreciation. I will not hesitate to order from you again, and I will be sure to spread the word to people that I know. These days, all too often, customer service is non-existent - it is something that makes a big difference to me, and something I very much appreciate.
